Missouri media outlets have pulled two misleading attack ads against Robin Carnahan being aired by Congressman Blunt's corporate special interest allies. (09/02/10)Cape Girardeau Regional Airport recently served as a refueling station for a couple of very unusual military aircraft. Two Bell/Boeing V-22 Osprey tilt-rotor transports had notified us of their intentions to refuel at KCGI on their way from Cannon Air Force Base in Clovis, New Mexico to Andrews Air Force Base in Washington D.C. They arrived at around 5:00am, with their green rotor-tip lights forming eerie green dual halos over each aircraft as they approached in the darkness... 
Veterans Gets Helicopter Ride on her 89th Birthday
(09/02/10)Eleanora Brewton, a WWII Navy Veteran who currently resides at the Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau, has been talking all year about how she wanted to celebrate her 89th birthday. She wanted to ride in a helicopter. Staff at the Veterans Home contacted Bruce Loy at the Cape Girardeau Regional Airport who put them in contact with Paul Salman, a local helicopter pilot. ...
